We headed off to the Museum of London Docklands with our 17 month old son on a very rainy windy Sunday. We all enjoyed the exhibitions, especially Sailortown, a reconstruction of the streets of london around the docklands in the mid 1800's. The highlight of the day for our toddler was the Mudlarks area, where there are lots of interactive exhibits as well as a soft play area for chidlren under a metre tall.
The cafe has a good selection of food and a kids meal was free with each paying adult meal. There are also highchairs and baby changing facilities. The museum is free but if you travel by car be ready to part with a fiver to park.
