Babies, toddlers and preschool children - museums and Heritage Houses = a great family day out!
We are fortunate to have some of the best museums and heritage houses in the world right on our doorsteps. They are a great place to visit with babies and toddlers as more of them now hold special events for under 5s and have great areas to let off steam. Toddler and preschool arts and crafts classes are generally held at least once a week at many and lots now have explorer back packs or bags taylor made for toddlers to enhance the whole experience.
